<description>You found my adress, it seems... :)
Nice photo, I must say! Decent development.
And usually, you're the last to see your own development. Basically the only way I can gauge my development is from shirt-size and the reactions and comments of friends whom I haven't seen in a few months. It's that you see yourself every day and thus adjust to your changing physique daily. I'd recommend taking photos every couple of months to see the progress...
Happy training!

					<description>Hey Mans,
I agree, training with variety really works and keeps you motivated and stops you becoming board!
whats your email address I would like to send you a photo of how my body has changed thanks to Bill Pearls program. when the photo was taken last week I could not believe it was my own body, as I did not see myself like that in the mirror.

<description>Yeah, that was my original plan.
We'll see how it goes, though. I mean for the time being, I'm not sure when I'll have enough time to put in three two-and-a-half hour workouts...
But if I have more time, then sure! I really liked training that way, and I think more people should train more variedly and not become creatures of habit. If it worked then, how come it wouldn't now?
Human physiology hasn't changed one bit in the last few millennia.

<description>YOU SHOULD DEFFINATLEY GO BACK TO BILL PEARLS 20 MONTH PROGRAM WHEN YOU GET THE CHANCE! I HAVE DONE A LOT OF DIFFERENT PROGRAMS IN MY 3 AND HALF YEARS OF TRAINING, BUT BP IS BAR FAR THE BEST EVA. I CONVERTED THE MONTHS TO WEEKS SO ITS A 20 WEEK PROGRAM. MY PHYSIC HAS CHANGED WITH SIZE + THICKNESS + DENSITY. CURRENTLY ON WEEK 17(MONTH 17) AND BODY FAT DROPPED 17% TO 13.8% SO FAR.
MUSCLES ARE STRONGER AND FULLER. BP KNOWS HIS STUFF! GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR TRAINING!
