					<description>Yeah yeah, first workout today, 10 weeks out from the meet. :-) You've got excellent technique, BUT we could always do some powerlifting specific tweaks to it... at least widen the stance on the squat a bit, plus I shall do my best to convince you to use a belt on the deads and the squats. How well that goes remains to be seen. ;-)
