Ze long-awaited Clip!
Oh yes, and finally, after much speculation followed by much rejoicing, much in a way similar to that in Monty Python’s Holy Grail, I present thee with: My clip! Guffaw! I do apologize for the grainy picture-quality, but it seems my otherwise wonderful digital camera simply won’t take clips with better quality.
As an added note, I have begun dreaming about purchasing a digital video camera…
The clip belongs to the workout performed on december 10th. It’s the post where there’s a nice pic of our staircase.

Nice. I’ve never seen video of sissy squats until now, will have to try them.
As for the graininess - it could be as simple as getting more light on you when you’re recording. What sort of camera are you using?

I have a Konica-Minolta (Z20, I think). Without extra light, the picture would be much darker than that. And even grainier. ;-/
Tip for sissies: Keep the line between your shoulders and knees as straight as you can. It’s going to feel a bit as though you’re limboing…

…and remember to hold a 20 kg plate against your chest (intermediates can use 50 kg).
Sissies work the quads in a very similar way to leg extensions, but the burn is worse…

I most definitely agree.
Imagine doing a leg extension with bodyweight, because basically that’s exactly what’s happening.
Note: The more you “limbo”, i.e. lean back when going down, the harder it gets and naturally, the more upright you stay, the less painful the ordeal.
