Well, actually, there wasn't really time to get a burn. There was simply SFS (sudden failure syndrome) coupled with what felt like a beginning spasm. Truly felt like an all-out effort.
I agree, though that as far functionality goes, this is nowhere in the vicinity of the same ballpark. However, as an alternative to leg curls in a machine, these are it. :)

Yeah, the burn is probably a lot better than GHRs, but don't think the curls have anything on the GHRs as far as functional strength is concerned... BTW, we should probably comb Under the Bar and make an index of the "Måns presents" segments that appear in some of the clips. Or even extract them and put them all here. :-)

Let me know if there's anything I can help out with as far as the uploading is concerned.

Correctamundo. It is also best to do them while standing on your head. :)
No but really, have just had a little bit of trouble uploading the clip I took. And REALLY, they're the bomb, the leg curls are, I'm telling you.

No he isn't. He's doing them on the rails I believe. That's the only way to get in a full range of motion as the butt will otherwise drag into the floor.

I know you've got a penchant for unusual exercises, but I hope you're not doing the ab wheel stuff on the staircase :)
